He has successfully undertaken numerous research and development projects for the government, showcasing his expertise in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Implementation, Rural Development, and his specialization in livelihood and entrepreneurship development. Shital Mankar, serving as the Secretary, has dedicated her efforts to uplift tribal communities in Yavatmal, with a particular focus on initiatives related to the Forest Rights Act, education, and women's and gender issues, collaborating with multiple development organizations. Holding academic credentials of D.Ed and M.A. in Economics from Amravati University, Shital brings forth more than 12 years of experience in the development sector. Her commitment reflects through her comprehensive work that addresses the diverse needs of the communities she serves.

Amit Kulkarni's dedication to advancing the livelihoods of tribal and rural communities is prominently displayed through his association with Naviumed. Operating within the expansive regions of Yavatmal and Nanded districts, Amit, armed with a graduate degree, has committed himself to the cause of holistic development. Having initiated his career in the realm of rural area planning and research, he has transitioned to concentrating extensively on pivotal aspects such as watershed management and the promotion of entrepreneurship within the forestry domain. This strategic shift underscores his unwavering commitment to fostering sustainable rural development, laying the groundwork for positive and lasting impacts on the communities he serves. 

With a Bachelor's degree in Education, Mr. Suraj brings to the table a rich academic foundation. However, his true prowess lies in his extensive experience of over 10 years in the field of community mobilization. Throughout this decade, he has been intimately involved in working alongside tribal communities in villages situated within the Yavatmal and Gadchiroli districts, particularly focusing on education-related initiatives. Leveraging his expertise, Suraj has been an instrumental force in executing education projects that cater to the unique needs of these communities. His profound understanding of community dynamics and his dedication to education have culminated in his association with SARATHI as an Education expert. Vaibhav is an Advocate at District & Session Court, Yavatmal. He also worked as development consultant in Karjat Jamkhed Integrated Development Foundation. He started as professional full time work in P39A as Social Work Fellow at Yerawda Jail, Pune. He holds LLM degree from Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai, LLB Degree from Sant Gadge Baba Amaravati University, Amaravati, BSW from same University. His research interests include policies and social law. Vaibhav has been associate with SARATHI since last 1 year.

With an extensive background in information technology, Mohsin Ali has spent the last five years making notable contributions as a consultant in this field. His expertise has been harnessed by various development organizations to drive technological advancements. For the past year, Mohsin has been a pivotal member of the SARATHI team, lending his IT acumen as an expert. His educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Amravati University, which has provided him with a strong base to excel in the realm of technology-driven solutions.
